By car, by bike or with public transport

Haarlem is easily accessible by both car and public transport. Haarlem has two train stations, an excellent bus connection with Schiphol and is easy to drive from Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague. At the access roads of the city you will find directions for the public parking garages; there is not much street parking in the center. Bicycles can be parked for free in one of the guarded and covered bicycle parking facilities.

Parking in Haarlem

On certain public holidays you can park in Haarlem for free on the street. On the other days you pay for parking on the street in certain areas. Please note that there is not much street parking in the city center. In the city center there are 5 public parking garages, outside the city center 2 parking garages. Bicycles can be parked for free in one of the guarded and covered bicycle parking facilities.
