Not as well known as its big brother the Great Houtstraat, but certainly no less fun. In fact, the Kleine Houtstraat was twice awarded the title of "Best Shopping Street in the Netherlands". And that's well deserved, because the fine boutiques, special concept stores and tasty eateries are springing up here like mushrooms. The Kleine Houtstraat has a number of craft stores, they sell for example handmade chocolates and silk lampshades, but is also popular for its trendy clothing stores, exceptional specialty stores and an outdoor store.
