Spring is coming! During the vacations, all kinds of activities are organized in Haarlem and its immediate surroundings so that children can have a great time. Performances at the City Theatre
On March 1, the adventurous Mowgli comes to the City Theatre. Visit the family musical Jungle Book about friendship in the jungle.
Also the two clumsy handymen Buurman & Buurman are coming to Haarlem! On March 5 you can visit the performance where the two are going to move. If only that goes well...
From movies to disco at the Barn
The Barn hosts performances and films for the whole family throughout the vacations. For example, watch the funny animated film Little All or visit the energetic show Pippi Powerrrrr inspired by Pippi Longstocking. The vacation will end swingingly on March 5 with a children's disco!
Freerunning at Munki Motion
Every vacation there are 'Munki Days' at Munki Motion. Show off your coolest freerun tricks during the games! In between there is free time to play games or practice your own tricks. The 'Munki Days' are for all cool kids from 7 years and older.
Tracking in National Park South-Kennemerland
Scavenge through Zuid-Kennemerland National Park during the vacations. Every day you can rent scavenger hunts, but to start the vacation off right, you get a discount on Monday, February 27. There are several scavenger hunts and activities in the middle of nature for toddlers and older kids!
Skating at IJsbaan Haarlem
The ice rink is open throughout spring break. IJsbaan Haarlem has two indoor rinks. There is a café-restaurant where you can drink delicious hot chocolate.
Good to know: you can rent skates on site.
Watch kids' movies at Pathé Haarlem
At Pathé Haarlem, see a variety of children's movies for every age group. Order a Kidscombo with a snack, drink and surprise! For toddlers there is Kleuterbios, where the sound is softer and the lights dimmed. Did you know that Pathé has reclining seats? So you'll be even more comfortable in the cinema!Â
Build with LEGO at the LOCO Factory
