After having played in well-known Top 40 bands and entertainment orchestras for a number of years, Freddy made the choice to continue solo, with acoustic guitar. The extensive repertoire spans from the 1960s to the present. Rock, soul and pop with a little raw edge to his voice.

For more than 25 years, Stiel's has been the most swinging and busiest bar/cafe in Haarlem. Stiel's distinguishes itself by programming live music 6 days a week with the busy jam sessions every Monday.
